About the role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and drive on-time delivery performance to meet customer commitments and delivery metrics
  • Manage parts and customer accounts, ensuring proactive communication on delivery status and updates
  • Analyze CRD and FCD gaps, perform constraint analysis, and drive forecast/supply reviews to attain program goals
  • Identify potential supply risks and proactively resolve bottleneck and constraint issues
  • Conduct deep dive analysis of "at risk" orders and identify trends in delivery lateness
  • Prepare Root Cause / Corrective Action summary reports in response to customer escalations
  • Coordinate with planning, manufacturing, and logistics teams to resolve supply issues and ensure customer commitments are fulfilled

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Production Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 2–4 years of experience in semiconductor and electronics manufacturing or a similar industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SAP, PROMIS, or MES Systems
  • Experience with Tableau and SQL
  • Background in Project Management
  • Industry certification or a strong scholastic record
