Associate Analyst, IT Support

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies within a distribution center.
• Respond to and prioritize incoming support requests via telephone, email, and in-person.
• Log and track all issues using JIRA or BMC ticketing systems while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Manage network account setup and maintenance in Active Directory (AD), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Exchange.
• Image computers to company standard builds and perform hardware repairs.
• Support warehouse-specific equipment including RF barcode scanners, Zebra label printers, and other peripherals.
• Maintain audio/visual equipment, conference rooms, and network hardware such as phones and projectors.
• Work flexible hours between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, including weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting client desktop environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft desktop operating systems and application suites (M365).
• Extensive experience with Windows 10, 11, and MAC environments.
• Knowledge of LAN/Desktop hardware maintenance and installation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Microsoft MCSE or ITIL certifications.
• Experience with Cisco VoIP.
• Knowledge of imaging system software fundamentals.
