Associate ALM Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line customer support via the service desk for PlayStation Studios and QA teams
• Administer and support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools including Jira, Confluence, and TestRail
• Configure workflows, automation, and integrations within supported applications
• Manage user access, vendor onboarding, and project-level permissions
• Maintain and curate relevant articles within internal knowledge bases
• Assist with testing system upgrades and application rollouts
• Escalate unresolvable issues to senior team members or external vendors

Requirements

• Technically minded with a detail-oriented approach
• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Japanese
• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience
• JLPT N5 certification or above
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices and service management principles
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing ALM tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience using service desk tools like Jira ServiceDesk or Zendesk
• Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies within the gaming industry
