Associate, AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver technical solutions and AI-based models to scale organizational operations
• Partner with stakeholders to identify business processes that can be improved through technology
• Test and validate AI models to ensure accuracy and alignment with strategic goals
• Drive engagement with partners to establish proper business requirements
• Build relationships with internal technology teams to measure and capture business benefits
• Make autonomous decisions on technical solutions that best fit presented business problems

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Developer role
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python
• Strong SQL and database knowledge
• Understanding of machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks
• Familiarity with NLP techniques (e.g., sentiment analysis, named entity recognition)
• Experience working within Agile methodologies
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based machine learning platforms like Azure Machine Learning
• Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as Blue Prism
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Splunk
• Interest in the investment management industry and financial products
