Associate - AI-enabled Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the International COO in managing core governance, executive preparation, and business management processes.
• Redesign manual or fragmented business processes by identifying opportunities for simplification, automation, or AI augmentation.
• Manage key COO forums, including agenda setting, material preparation, and action tracking.
• Prepare concise briefing materials, presentations, and summaries for senior leadership and regional boards.
• Coordinate across regional COOs and functional partners to resolve issues and maintain visibility of key priorities and risks.
• Drive strategic projects by scoping problems, defining workstreams, and tracking milestones and outcomes.
• Develop reusable templates, playbooks, and knowledge repositories to improve operational scalability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business management, Chief of Staff, COO, consulting, or transformation roles within a complex organization.
• Practical experience in process redesign and improving operational workflows.
• Proficiency in using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or CoPilot) to enhance productivity and workflows.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into executive insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to structure plans and drive follow-through in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks at pace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI or workflow automation tools.
• Understanding of client businesses, risk management, governance, or regulatory environments.
