Associate AI Architect

Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end AI/ML solutions using LLMs, traditional ML, and agentic workflows for enterprise use cases.
• Define solution architectures on AWS, covering data pipelines, model training/serving, observability, security, and cost optimization.
• Design and review RAG and agentic AI systems, including tool-calling and multi-agent orchestration.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape technical approaches, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Guide ML engineers on MLOps/LLMOps best practices, coding standards, and reliability through design and code reviews.
• Partner with customers on architecture workshops and POCs to articulate the ROI of different AI approaches.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or software engineering.
• 3–4 years of experience building and deploying production AI systems on cloud platforms.
• Strong programming skills in Python with experience in PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
• Deep understanding of LLMs and Generative AI, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and evaluation.
• Experience with modern LLM frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Proven experience designing distributed AI systems on AWS (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, EKS).
• Hands-on experience with MLOps tooling (MLflow, Weights & Biases) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to agentic AI patterns at scale, such as multi-agent coordination and workflow engines.
• Experience with voice or real-time systems (STT/TTS, WebRTC).
• Prior work in regulated industries like finance or healthcare.
• Knowledge of data engineering stacks such as Spark, Kafka, or Airflow.
