About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of AI agent components using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Support the integration of AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and various data sources.
- Contribute to core agent functionalities including natural language processing, LLM reasoning, and tool usage.
- Write clean, well-commented, and testable code following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and data scientists to implement technical designs and integrate model outputs.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews.
- Develop and execute unit and integration tests to troubleshoot and debug agent behavior.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 0-2 years of experience in software engineering (internships and academic projects are highly valued).
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Familiarity with common AI/ML libraries such as scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI concepts.
- Solid grasp of fundamental software engineering principles and version control using Git.
- Basic understanding of API concepts and data structures/algorithms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
- Internship experience specifically focused on AI/ML development.
- Experience building small-scale projects using LLM APIs.
- Exposure to cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (including Google Vertex AI).
- Familiarity with MLOps concepts and containerization technologies like Docker.
- A GitHub portfolio demonstrating coding skills and interest in AI/ML.
