Associate Agentic AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of AI agent components using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Support the integration of AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and various data sources.
• Contribute to core agent functionalities including natural language processing, LLM reasoning, and tool usage.
• Write clean, well-commented, and testable code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and data scientists to implement technical designs and integrate model outputs.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews.
• Develop and execute unit and integration tests to troubleshoot and debug agent behavior.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 0-2 years of experience in software engineering (internships and academic projects are highly valued).
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Familiarity with common AI/ML libraries such as scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI concepts.
• Solid grasp of fundamental software engineering principles and version control using Git.
• Basic understanding of API concepts and data structures/algorithms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Internship experience specifically focused on AI/ML development.
• Experience building small-scale projects using LLM APIs.
• Exposure to cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (including Google Vertex AI).
• Familiarity with MLOps concepts and containerization technologies like Docker.
• A GitHub portfolio demonstrating coding skills and interest in AI/ML.
