Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve admission targets
• Monitor team performance, call quality, and conversions while providing coaching
• Oversee lead management from various sources and ensure timely follow-ups
• Ensure the team provides accurate course information and maintains a student-first approach
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and branch teams to align outreach
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on team performance and conversion ratios
• Implement strategies to enhance calling efficiency and lead conversion

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Sales, Marketing, or Education Management preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience managing telecaller or telesales teams
• Experience in the education or training sector preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel
• Ability to speak South Indian languages
• Ability to work from the Thane Head Office in a fast-paced environment
