Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve admission targets
- Monitor team performance, call quality, and conversions while providing coaching
- Oversee lead management from various sources and ensure timely follow-ups
- Ensure the team provides accurate course information and maintains a student-first approach
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and branch teams to align outreach
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on team performance and conversion ratios
- Implement strategies to enhance calling efficiency and lead conversion
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Sales, Marketing, or Education Management preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience managing telecaller or telesales teams
- Experience in the education or training sector preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel
- Ability to speak South Indian languages
- Ability to work from the Thane Head Office in a fast-paced environment
