About the role
Responsibilities
- Follow workflow to achieve claim resolutions and understand rejection scenarios
- Maintain proper email etiquette when responding to client communications
- Monitor web portals regularly to close unposted claims
- Track open inventory to ensure claims are processed before Timely Filing Limit (TFL)
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in AR Calling
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Understanding of AR and Denial Management
- Knowledge of US Healthcare End to End RCM process
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Physician RCS or Laboratory RCS processes
