Associate Accountant – Global Intercompany

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review manual journals related to intercompany activity with strong supporting documentation
• Complete intercompany account reconciliations in Blackline within established deadlines
• Ensure timely reconciliation of intercompany balances across multiple entities and regions
• Support eliminations during consolidation and provide clear explanations of variances
• Partner with local country finance teams to respond to queries effectively
• Provide audit support for both internal and external reviews
• Support regional and global reporting, including monthly Balance Sheet and P&L flux analysis
• Drive excellence in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline intercompany processes

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience
• Proven track record in a multinational environment and/or audit background
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or part-qualified ACCA, CIMA, or CPA
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JDE, Blackline, Alteryx, and W-Desk
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
