Associate Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business up to $400,000 per month
• Assist with small to mid-size and house account management
• Handle inbound leads and new business opportunities
• Cross-sell and upsell services to existing customers
• Act as a consultative liaison between customers and the company
• Coordinate routine services, job scopes, and proposal creation
• Build long-lasting client relationships and provide high-level customer service
• Coordinate purchase orders and assist with invoice collection
• Apply Sandler sales methodology and stay updated on industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong passion for sales and high level of motivation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid US driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis
• Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior environmental field operations experience
• 1-2+ years of sales experience
• Experience in account management within the environmental industry
• Understanding of Facilities Management
• Experience selling to healthcare, life sciences, or industrial clients
• Proficiency in CRM systems
