Associate Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business up to $400,000 per month
• Assist with small to mid-size and house account management
• Handle inbound leads and new business opportunities
• Cross-sell and upsell services to existing customers
• Act as a consultative liaison between customers and the company
• Coordinate job scope, proposal creation, and purchase orders
• Build long-lasting client relationships and provide high-level customer service
• Assist with service recovery and tracking employee leads

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong passion for sales and high motivation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid US driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis
• Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship
• Ability to pass background, drug, and motor vehicle record screenings

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of prior sales experience
• Prior experience in environmental field operations or account management
• Understanding of Facilities Management
• Experience selling to healthcare, life sciences, or industrial sectors
• Proficiency in CRM systems
