Responsibilities

  • Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate client records and account activity

  • Develop deep product knowledge and value proposition understanding

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing or commercial role (SaaS, real estate, sales, etc.)
  • Appetite for commercial impact and revenue-related environments
  • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Coachable mindset with a desire to learn
