About the role
Responsibilities
- Support revenue targets by contributing to upsell and renewal conversations
- Contribute to ARR growth and develop commercial instincts
- Provide tailored solutions aligned to customer business needs
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Customer Success, and Sales teams
- Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate client records and account activity
- Facilitate customer up-skilling and platform education
- Develop deep product knowledge and value proposition understanding
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing or commercial role (SaaS, real estate, sales, etc.)
- Appetite for commercial impact and revenue-related environments
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Coachable mindset with a desire to learn
