Associate Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Support account and project leads by coordinating deliverables, timelines, and approvals
• Prepare and update meeting notes, status reports, and internal recaps
• Assist in developing creative briefs, execution follow-ups, and campaign documentation
• Serve as a day-to-day support point for clients, escalating appropriately to account leaders
• Track project progress in agency tools to ensure information is accurate and up to date
• Support the development of client decks, reports, and presentations
• Gather assets, inputs, and feedback from clients to ensure team readiness
• Participate in internal and client meetings, capturing next steps and ensuring clear handoffs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
• 1-3 years of professional or internship experience in marketing or agency environments
• Familiarity with campaign processes
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, HubSpot, Google Workspace)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese
