Associate Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of small clients and own all client touchpoints
• Support the team in meeting annual churn targets through proactive relationship management and early identification of at-risk clients
• Drive additional revenue and account growth through additional services and office projects
• Oversee and advocate for clients across all levels of the business
• Contribute to the team's clarity target by ensuring clients are consistently informed on their requests
• Support the wider Account Management team on larger accounts

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, account management, or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to hit and exceed targets
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, curious, and a natural problem-solver
