Responsibilities

  • Drive renewals across your portfolio by understanding client objectives and monitoring account health
  • Collaborate with the Head of Customer Accounts on high-impact accounts to secure long-term partnerships
  • Turn data into impact stories by articulating ROI and performance to various customer personas
  • Identify signals of growth or risk early to flag adoption challenges or expansion opportunities
  • Contribute to proactive strategic account plans and stakeholder activation plans
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally by surfacing product feedback and feature requests

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or client-facing SaaS roles
  • Experience ideally within D2C marketing, analytics, or eCommerce
  • Strong relationship building skills and ability to help customers achieve results
  • Ability to interpret dashboards, spot trends, and articulate data-driven insights
  • Confident communicator across email, video, and live meetings
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to drive the commercial side of SaaS
  • Naturally curious and analytical with an interest in marketing performance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with eCommerce data, attribution, or marketing platforms
  • Experience with marketing measurement or D2C ad platforms
