Associate Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the setup and maintenance of retail account listings across FC Pro and relevant retailer databases
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure new accounts are properly onboarded and listed ahead of product launches
• Manage and update retailer database entries, including EDI setup and product SKU assignments
• Manage and grow a portfolio of professional team accounts and emerging sports-adjacent accounts
• Develop and manage relationships within the energy channel, driving product education and replenishment
• Leverage Salesforce to manage account activity and track performance
• Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics within assigned channels

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or retail operations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• High degree of accuracy in data entry and account management tasks
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York City for in-office work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consumer products, specialty retail, or the sports/entertainment industry
• Knowledge of or passion for trading cards, collectibles, or sports culture
