Associate Account Manager, Business Insurance Select

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Insurance Select team by addressing diverse client service needs
• Prepare insurance endorsements, certificates, audits, and applications
• Provide prompt replies and maintain high attention to detail in all client interactions
• Assist with day-to-day administrative and service tasks to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 3 years of insurance industry experience
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Insurance designations such as INS, AAI, or CISR
• Demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages
• Experience working with EPIC agency management software
