Associate Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective advertisers through outbound prospecting, including calls, emails, and in-person meetings
• Participate in client discovery meetings and conduct needs analysis to develop integrated marketing recommendations
• Learn to position and sell multiplatform solutions across television, streaming, digital, and sports sponsorships
• Shadow and co-sell with experienced Account Executives and sales leadership during the onboarding phase
• Assist with proposal development, campaign execution, and accurate tracking of activity within CRM systems
• Take increasing ownership of the sales process, client relationships, and revenue performance as the program progresses

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 1–3 years of sales, marketing, sports, hospitality, customer service, or client-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Competitive mindset with a desire to grow professionally
• Interest in sports, media, streaming, advertising, and marketing
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
