Associate Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Conduct lead-generation activities through phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Provide sales assistance and deal support to senior Account Executives
• Attend industry events and meet with potential clients to build relationships
• Learn and articulate Rho's value proposition to prospects
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on new features and promotions
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Passion for fintech and willingness to learn about financial products and services
