About the role
Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and actively approach new customers in the North America region
- Perform outbound call campaigns related to trade shows, specific events, or assigned target markets
- Gather and document information about target companies and interactions in Salesforce
- Provide clear and compelling explanations of business value to prospective clients
- Support the sales team through administrative tasks, including client surveys and contract extension sourcing
- Participate in ongoing sales and product training sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation
- B2B experience is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong phone presence
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (including Outlook)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and follow directives
