Associate Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and actively approach new customers in the North America region
• Perform outbound call campaigns related to trade shows, specific events, or assigned target markets
• Gather and document information about target companies and interactions in Salesforce
• Provide clear and compelling explanations of business value to prospective clients
• Support the sales team through administrative tasks, including client surveys and contract extension sourcing
• Participate in ongoing sales and product training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation
• B2B experience is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong phone presence
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (including Outlook)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and follow directives
