About the role
Responsibilities
- Support and help drive sales goals by assisting in prospecting, qualifying, and managing new business opportunities
- Prepare and develop data analysis and presentations for prospect meetings
- Conduct demonstrations and training of the Archipelago platform
- Partner with sales leadership to run discovery conversations and coordinate structured pilots
- Prepare Customer Order Forms and assist in managing the contracting process
- Partner with Commercial Account Managers on account prioritization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, BDR, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Maintain complete and accurate CRM hygiene and report on KPIs
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in the Property Insurance industry
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and sharp attention to detail
- Deep curiosity for product knowledge
- High-energy self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
- Willingness to travel domestically
