Associate Account Director

Responsibilities

• Drive growth across the ANZ region by managing and expanding key enterprise accounts with brands and holding companies
• Act as a trusted consultant to clients, setting long-term objectives and roadmaps to accelerate their business goals
• Communicate the value of The Trade Desk platform through detailed product demonstrations and expert insights
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Trading teams to onboard new customers and grow existing advertiser patches
• Provide continuous training to clients at all levels, from junior traders to department heads, on new platform features and best practices
• Partner with Product Management to help define and drive platform enhancements based on client needs
• Contribute to the Client Services practice by creating training materials, best practices, and customer-facing guides

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10 years of digital advertising experience
• Proven experience in client-facing roles and managing enterprise-level relationships
• Strong expertise in Excel and MS Office, including the use of pivot tables and chart-making
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize workstreams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise working with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, and ad servers
• Experience driving complex projects involving stakeholders from multiple disciplines
