Associate Account Director

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive growth across Tier 1 agency accounts
• Act as a trusted consultant to clients, providing expert insights and best practices for The Trade Desk platform
• Partner closely with Trading teams to rapidly onboard new customers and with Sales to identify growth opportunities
• Provide continual training to clients on new platform features and enhancements
• Collaborate with Product Management to help define and drive platform feature enhancements
• Contribute to the Client Services practice by creating training materials, best practices, and customer-facing guides

Requirements

• Extensive advertising experience with a proven track record in client-facing roles
• Experience managing CPA, CPC, and CPM marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office, including the ability to manipulate large datasets using pivot tables and charts
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise working with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, or ad servers
• Experience with various optimization platforms
