Associate Account Director

Responsibilities

• Own and drive revenue growth across a Tier 1 account portfolio in Thailand and Vietnam, with full accountability for commercial outcomes.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior marketing and agency stakeholders, shaping long-term investment strategies and business outcomes.
• Develop long-term account roadmaps and joint business plans to anchor relationships to multi-year commercial goals.
• Articulate the strategic value of The Trade Desk platform, translating technical capabilities into tangible business results.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Product Management teams to identify growth opportunities and drive platform enhancements.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships at the CMO, regional, and global levels.

Requirements

• 9+ years of client-facing experience in digital advertising with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
• Demonstrated ability to grow Tier 1 accounts through consultative, long-term relationships with agencies and direct advertisers.
• Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, RTB, data strategy, and measurement.
• Strong analytical and data storytelling skills to turn performance data into compelling strategic narratives.
• A challenger mindset with the ability to navigate complex commercial conversations at senior levels.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
