About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of reseller and managed service partner relationships, acting as their primary strategic point of contact.
  • Enable partners to scale their programmatic offerings through platform education, go-to-market positioning, and sales enablement tools.
  • Drive commercial health by tracking revenue growth, identifying risks, and unlocking new spend opportunities.
  • Design and build scalable partner programs, including onboarding frameworks and certification models, from the ground up.
  • Lead joint business planning and regular QBRs to set shared goals and track progress with partner stakeholders.
  • Serve as a product authority, translating the evolving TTD roadmap into commercial opportunities for partners.
  • Represent the voice of the reseller channel internally to influence product, commercial, and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience within the programmatic industry, including a deep understanding of DSPs, data, and media buying.
  • Proven experience working with resellers, technology channel partners, or managed service providers.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth through indirect commercial channels or partners.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand partner business models and P&L pressures.
  • Ability to build structured, repeatable programs and frameworks from scratch in ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized with the ability to execute with pace and precision in a fast-moving global company.
