Assoc Scientist/Scientist - Large Molecules

Responsibilities

• Perform and document analytical procedures for LC-MS–based bioanalysis of large molecule modalities
• Conduct laboratory tasks including in vitro incubations, sample extractions, and SPE purification
• Operate LC-MS instrumentation and perform routine data analysis
• Assist with troubleshooting, process improvements, and routine method or assay development
• Prepare and upload data analysis results to LIMS under senior guidance
• Perform calibration, maintenance, and documentation for laboratory equipment in compliance with regulatory guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
• Experience with LC-MS operation and data review in a regulated laboratory environment
• Hands-on proficiency with sample handling and preparation techniques, including extractions and SPE purification
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality data and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with effective organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related scientific field
• 1-2 years of related experience in method development or a specific methodology area
