Assoc. Clinical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery and execution of smaller, less complex regional clinical studies to meet contractual requirements.
• Develop integrated study management plans and set objectives for core project teams.
• Monitor project progress against contracts and proactively present information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, contingencies, and problem-solving efforts to ensure quality and compliance with SOPs.
• Oversee project financials, including forecasting, revenue acceleration, and managing changes in scope.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to achieve milestones and manage study obstacles.
• Mentor less experienced project team members to support their professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a CRO or Pharmaceutical environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in a Project Manager role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including presentation abilities.
• Proven experience in project financial management and understanding contractual obligations.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills with the ability to drive results through others.
