About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor painting process parameters and application systems to ensure stability and quality
- Control critical process variables and act preventively to identify and correct deviations
- Monitor material performance, performing adjustments and additives to ensure proper performance
- Manage the consumption of paints and supplies to contribute to cost control and waste reduction
- Prepare and present Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports according to internal and client requirements
- Execute logistical, administrative, fiscal, and quality control of materials to ensure traceability
- Act as an interface between internal departments (GBT, Operations, and Quality) to report deviations and improvement opportunities
- Provide technical support to operations, participating in process improvements, training, audits, and safety/environmental actions
Requirements
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Technician, or Chemical Engineering
- Active CRQ registration
- Intermediate English (both oral and written communication)
