Assistente Técnico

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to Account Managers through testing, technology implementation, and technical solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent technical service and guidance on specific issues.
• Perform field diagnostics to identify deviations and troubleshoot problems.
• Identify customer needs to improve equipment performance and application efficiency.
• Collect technical and strategic data to support the team in identifying new business opportunities.
• Adhere to all company protocols, procedures, and safety policies.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Chemistry or a degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• Experience in pulp and paper industrial processes.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Valid Driver's License (CNH) and availability to travel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a result-oriented mindset.
