About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the operation of health units in the São Bartolomeu de Messines area
- Organize materials and resources necessary for clinical practice
- Ensure equipment is ready for teleconsultations
- Organize and share patient records on the telemedicine platform to ensure accuracy
- Prepare and deliver essential documents to patients following consultations
- Assist the administrative team with appointment scheduling and agenda verification
- Support users with reception, guidance, and direction within the unit
- Collaborate with the entire team to ensure service quality and efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in operational roles, ideally within a healthcare or customer service context
- Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and a preference for teamwork
- Availability to work on-site in São Bartolomeu de Messines
- Availability to work shifts between 08:00 and 20:00, Monday to Friday
