Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of clinical studies, ensuring methodological compliance and operational excellence.
• Manage and develop schedules for clinical studies, training, and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery of results.
• Register research in the scheduling system and update reservation agendas for clinical studies.
• Control deadlines for sending data, statistical reports, and final reports to sponsors.
• Contribute to the reduction of rework by ensuring traceability, compliance, and integrity of records in alignment with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles.

Requirements

• Degree (completed or in progress) in Biology, Biomedicine, Pharmacy, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage strict deadlines and handle emergency occurrences.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Availability for overtime.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic English proficiency.
• Previous experience in clinical research.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), document organization, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
