Assistente de BI Pleno

Responsibilities

• Collect, treat, and consolidate data from various sources to ensure information consistency and quality
• Develop and maintain management dashboards and reports, primarily using Tableau
• Support the construction, maintenance, and standardization of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Perform exploratory and descriptive analyses to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Partner with business areas to understand demands and translate them into data solutions
• Automate routines for report generation and data updates
• Document data flows, business rules, and dashboards

Requirements

• Previous experience in data, reporting, or Business Intelligence (BI)
• Proficiency with Tableau and experience with indicator analysis
• Advanced Excel skills
• Basic to intermediate SQL for data manipulation and querying
• Notions of data modeling
• Degree (completed or in progress) in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Administration, or related fields

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate English for interaction with global teams
• Knowledge of Python or R
• Experience with ETL tools or data preparation processes
• Knowledge of Power BI
