About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform outbound calls to potential drivers to guide them through the onboarding process
- Encourage drivers to complete all necessary steps for platform activation as quickly as possible
- Identify barriers in the process and act consultatively to overcome objections
- Answer questions and provide clear information regarding requirements, benefits, and policies
- Follow up with drivers who have incomplete registrations or pending documentation
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance indicators (KPIs)
- Record all interactions and driver updates in CRM systems
- Support campaigns and initiatives to increase activations
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, retention, client relations, telesales, or outbound calling campaigns
- Excellent verbal communication and ability to connect with different customer profiles
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM
- Ability to meet and exceed targets in a dynamic environment
- Results-oriented profile with skills to influence and engage drivers
- Strong sense of urgency and focus on resolving pending issues
- Strong active listening and objection handling skills
- Organizational skills to manage multiple leads simultaneously
