Assistente Comercial - Multinational (PCD)

Responsibilities

• Prepare executive summaries and reports related to multinational accounts
• Update and maintain information within internal systems
• Register, track, and control requests via the company system
• Support the commercial team with operational demands for the client portfolio
• Monitor pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met
• Organize documentation and operational controls
• Interact with executives and internal departments to align information
• Assist in verifying data, policies, and registration information
• Ensure the quality and consistency of information entered into systems

Requirements

• Degree (ongoing or completed) in Administration, International Relations, Commercial Management, Insurance, or related fields
• Previous experience in administrative, operational, or commercial activities
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work with multiple demands simultaneously and ease with digital platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in insurance brokerages, insurance companies, or multinational environments
• Knowledge of corporate insurance or international programs
• Intermediate or advanced English proficiency
• Experience with COL/Quiver systems
