About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform outbound calls to customers
- Handle inbound calls from customers interested in products/services
- Manage leads and customer portfolios
- Identify sales opportunities and offer personalized solutions
- Present and explain company products and services clearly and persuasively
- Follow up after sales to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Update interaction and sales records in the system
- Work in synergy with all teams
Requirements

- Previous experience in active call center sales, customer service, or telemarketing (preferred)
