Assistente Comercial Contact Center

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to customers
• Handle inbound calls from customers interested in products/services
• Manage leads and customer portfolios
• Identify sales opportunities and offer personalized solutions
• Present and explain company products and services clearly and persuasively
• Follow up after sales to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Update interaction and sales records in the system
• Work in synergy with all teams

Requirements

• Minimum 12th grade education
• Previous experience in active call center sales, customer service, or telemarketing (preferred)
