Assisted Living QMAP

Responsibilities

• Attend to the personal care needs of residents including assistance with ADLs, bathing, dressing, and meals
• Supervise and administer medications to residents following established procedures and state law
• Monitor resident safety, well-being, and health status, reporting any changes to supervisors
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident conditions and medication administration
• Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare staff

Requirements

• Medication certification (QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, or Nurse Delegation)
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Strong self-management, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and constant standing/walking

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of experience in elder care
• Proficient computer skills
