Assisted Living QMAP

Responsibilities

• Meet daily personal care needs of residents including assistance with ADLs, bathing, dressing, and meals
• Supervise and administer medications to residents following established procedures and MAR
• Monitor resident safety, well-being, and health status, reporting changes to supervisors
• Maintain open communication with supervisors, peers, and family members
• Document resident conditions and medication administration accurately
• Restock medication supplies and complete necessary work orders

Requirements

• Medication certification (QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, or Nurse Delegation)
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• One year of elder care experience preferred
• Ability to handle up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Strong multitasking and organization skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in elder care
• Proficient computer skills
