Assisted Living Personal Care Partner II

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily care including bathing, dressing, meals, and laundry
• Assist with medication administration following the five rights protocol
• Monitor and communicate changes in resident care needs to the team
• Document care and complete work orders
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents

Requirements

• Medication certification (QMAP-A/L)
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to handle up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Capacity for constant standing, walking, and grasping

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of experience in elder care
• Proficient computer skills
