Assisted Living Personal Care Partner II

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily personal care needs including bathing, dressing, meals, and laundry
• Administer medications following established procedures and documentation requirements
• Monitor and communicate changes in resident needs or conditions
• Provide respectful, person-centered care to ensure resident safety and well-being
• Support families and collaborate with team members

Requirements

• Medication certification (QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, or Nurse Delegation)
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to handle moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Capacity for constant standing, walking, and reaching

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of experience in elder care
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
