About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in the management and verification of variable payroll elements
- Ensure personnel administration and maintain up-to-date employee records
- Contribute to the monitoring of occupational medicine follow-ups
- Assist with the administrative management of temporary workers and interns
- Support the optimization of time management software usage
Requirements
- Currently preparing a Bac+3 level diploma (or equivalent) in HR, Management, or Administration
- Highly organized, rigorous, and able to maintain strict discretion
- Proficient with IT tools and office software
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
