Assistant/Associate/Professor of Family Medicine/Sports Medicine/OMM

Responsibilities

• Execute teaching, clinical duties, and scientific scholarship in Family Medicine, Sports Medicine, or OMM.
• Teach the skills and approaches of Osteopathic Manipulation in accordance with the mission of the University, the School, and the Department.
• Deliver clinical services and provide hands-on teaching to students within a clinical setting.
• Adhere to the LMU-DCOM approved curriculum.

Requirements

• D.O. or M.D. degree.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Sports Medicine, or OMM.
• Ability to obtain licensure in Florida within the first year of hire via the Florida Board of Osteopathic Examination or Florida Medical State Board.

Preferred Qualifications

• D.O. degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical or academic medicine teaching and leadership.
• Academic rank will be commensurate with training and experience.
