Assistant/Associate Social Art Director

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with strategy, creative, and copy teams to develop content concepts for social media platforms, with a primary focus on TikTok.
• Capture, organize, and edit high-quality video content tailored for mobile-first consumption.
• Create a wide range of graphic design assets, including layouts, typography, and custom-designed content.
• Support the post-production process, including editing, reviewing footage, coordinating sound/music, and color correction.
• Translate campaign aesthetics into branded, product-focused stories for social media channels.
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and legal to ensure creative and directional alignment.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in social content creation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in video production, design, and TikTok social media management for a brand.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Premiere CC, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Expertise in mobile video content creation, including transitions and unique social editing techniques.
• Strong graphic design skills with a deep understanding of typography and layout for digital media.
• Experience in post-production, including color correction and sound design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant video and graphic design work across multiple platforms.
• High awareness of global fashion, lifestyle, and beauty trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Capcut, Da Vinci Resolve, or mobile editing apps.
• On-set production experience and general camera knowledge.
• Advanced knowledge of motion graphics.
