About the role
Responsibilities
- Interpret CBCT, panoramic, and intraoral imaging across predoctoral and specialty clinics
- Provide timely consultative reports to support clinical decision-making
- Deliver predoctoral and postgraduate radiology curriculum through didactic teaching and clinical supervision
- Mentor students and fellows in radiographic interpretation and diagnostic reasoning
- Collaborate with the Oral Radiology Clinic team to maintain diagnostic quality and develop clinical protocols
- Participate in clinically relevant scholarly activity and institutional service
Requirements
- DDS/DMD degree from a US or Canadian dental school recognized by the ADA Commission on Dental Accreditation (or comparable foreign degree)
- Completion of a CODA accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Radiology program
- Board-certified or board-eligible (ABOMR)
- Valid dental license in some state or jurisdiction and eligibility for a license in the State of Wisconsin
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing moderate-to-high CBCT volumes (3K+ annually)
- Strong interest in clinical teaching and mentoring
- Proficiency with digital workflows and advanced imaging systems
