- Deliver exceptional, specialized patient care with consistently excellent outcomes.

- Contribute to departmental initiatives, including quality improvement and patient safety efforts.
- Engage in continuing medical education (CME) and maintain relevant advanced certifications.
- Serve as a trusted resource for complex cases and high-acuity patients.
- Achieve and maintain high patient satisfaction scores and meet productivity targets.
- For Associate Clinical level: Lead clinical workflow improvements, oversee clinical teams, and act as a liaison between clinical staff and leadership.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
- Fellowship training in Gastroenterology.
- Board certified or eligible in Gastroenterology.
- Current New York State Medical License.
- For Assistant Clinical level: 0-5 years post-training experience.
- For Associate Clinical level: 5-10 years post-training experience.
- Ability to complete medical clearance and participate in the medical surveillance program.
