Responsibilities

• Coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and positivity
• Deliver seamless front-of-house experience for our members
• Maintain impeccable building standards and ensure health, safety, and compliance
• Partner with the wider Fora team to ensure consistent delivery of the Fora brand
• Bring energy and ideas to enhance member experiences and team engagement

Requirements

• Experience in the hospitality, retail or co-working industry
• Experience in supervising or leading in a customer-facing environment
• Highly refined verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to complete projects timely
• Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Professional integrity and trustworthiness
