Assistant Workshop Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary link between customers, the workshop manager, and mechanics to ensure professional service.
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and physical customer arrivals in the reception area.
• Plan and book service appointments, repairs, inspections, and urgent emergency tasks.
• Create and manage work orders in the system, ensuring accurate descriptions of faults, parts, and estimated time.
• Support the completion and external invoicing of work orders.
• Ensure the workshop operates in a structured, efficient, and high-quality manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, reception, administration, or a similar role relevant to workshop activities.
• Experience with booking, scheduling, or coordination.
• A solid understanding of workshop processes, repair types, and customer needs.
• Fluency in both Danish and English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the automotive or heavy vehicle industry or a technical environment.
• Knowledge of repair and warranty procedures.
• Proficiency in German.
