Responsibilities

  • Oversee front desk operations and reception services
  • Support employee experience initiatives including wellness programs and workshops
  • Assist with event execution, catering, and office food programs
  • Coordinate with building management, security, cleaning, and maintenance vendors
  • Manage maintenance requests for HVAC, lighting, and plumbing
  • Support office space planning, seating arrangements, and internal moves
  • Support emergency preparedness programs and badge access control
  • Provide administrative support to the Workplace team and assist in process improvement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities, or office management
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in tools such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, Slack, Excel, or Building Management systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours for projects, installations, or on-call support
