Responsibilities

  • Oversee front desk operations and reception services
  • Support employee experience initiatives, wellness programs, and in-office amenities
  • Assist with event execution, including setup and teardown for large-scale events
  • Act as the primary point of contact for workplace requests and inquiries
  • Coordinate with building management, security, cleaning, and maintenance vendors
  • Manage maintenance requests for HVAC, lighting, and plumbing
  • Support office space planning, seating arrangements, and internal moves
  • Support emergency preparedness programs, fire drills, and evacuation procedures
  • Assist with badge access control management and reporting

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities, or office management
  • Bilingual in English and French with strong communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification
  • Proficiency in workplace tools such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, Slack, or Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams
