Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations and reception services
- Support employee experience initiatives, wellness programs, and in-office amenities
- Assist with event execution, including setup and teardown for large-scale events
- Act as the primary point of contact for workplace requests and inquiries
- Coordinate with building management, security, cleaning, and maintenance vendors
- Manage maintenance requests for HVAC, lighting, and plumbing
- Support office space planning, seating arrangements, and internal moves
- Support emergency preparedness programs, fire drills, and evacuation procedures
- Assist with badge access control management and reporting
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities, or office management
- Bilingual in English and French with strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification
- Proficiency in workplace tools such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, Slack, or Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams
