Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Coach in leading the NCAA Division III women's volleyball program
• Identify and recruit talented student-athletes who embody university values
• Assist in planning and conducting team practices and providing individual/group instruction
• Develop game strategies and support all aspects of game-day operations
• Scout opponents and manage equipment and logistics
• Enforce team and school policies in compliance with NCAA and conference regulations
• Participate in fundraising, alumni relations, and community outreach activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior coaching or playing experience at the collegiate level
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency with technology used in recruiting and coaching
• Ability to stand for extended periods and engage in active movement

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree
• 5+ years of coaching or playing experience at the collegiate level
• Advanced knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
• Experience with video analysis software
